EPSA and NEPGA jointly submitted a request for rehearing of FERC's January 19, 2012 order on ISO-NE's Order 745 Compliance Filing under FERC Docket No. ER11-4336. The rehearing request specifically addressed the behind-the-meter generation compensation as a demand response resource.

NEPGA submitted a protest of ISO-NE's Informational Filing for the sixth Forward Capacity Auction under FERC Docket No. ER12-757. NEPGA's protest asserted that certain MWs located in NEMA would not be available for the FCA 6 Capacity Commitment Period and, as such, ISO-NE should be required to model NEMA modeled as a separate zone for the sixth auction.
